Terms of Service

1. 1Agreeing to these terms

   By requesting a quote, booking a cleaning or letting our team clean your property, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If something in a written quote or agreement for your job is different from these terms, the quote or agreement wins for that job.

2. 2Our services

   We offer residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning and commercial janitorial service. Each job covers the scope we agree on with you before the cleaning. Anything outside that scope is extra and needs your approval first.

3. 3Quotes and pricing

   • Quotes are based on what you tell us: location, type of cleaning, size, condition, preferred date and special requests. For bigger jobs we may ask for photos or a walkthrough first.
   • We confirm the scope and price with you before anything is scheduled.
   • If the property is bigger, dirtier or different from what was described, we will tell you before doing extra work. You can approve a new price, reduce the scope or reschedule.

4. 4Booking and scheduling

   • You can book by phone or through the quote form on our website.
   • A booking is confirmed once we have agreed on the scope, price, date and access instructions, and we have sent you a confirmation.
   • We do our best to match your preferred date and time, but availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

5. 5Cancellations and rescheduling

   • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
   • Late cancellations, or a team that cannot get in at the booked time, may be charged a fee. We will tell you the amount when you book.
   • If we have to cancel because of weather, illness or an emergency, we will contact you as soon as possible to set a new date, at no cost to you.

6. 6Payment

   • Payment is due when the cleaning is finished, unless we agree on something different in writing (for example, a deposit for large jobs or invoicing for commercial accounts).
   • We confirm the accepted payment methods when you book.
   • Recurring service is billed per visit at the price we agreed, until either of us changes or ends it.

7. 7Your part

   To give you a good clean, we ask you to:

   • Give us safe access to the property at the booked time, with the access instructions you shared.
   • Make sure water and electricity are working.
   • Tell us about hazards, damage or fragile items before we start.
   • Put away cash, jewelry, important papers and other valuables, and keep pets secured during the cleaning.
   • Give us accurate information about the property and the job.

8. 8Health and safety

   We may decline, pause or stop a cleaning if it is not safe for our team, for example if there are biohazards, pest infestations, mold, unsafe structures, aggressive animals, or anyone who makes the team feel unsafe. If that happens, we will explain why and talk with you about next steps. Work already done may still be charged.

9. 9Supplies and equipment

   We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless we agree otherwise. If you ask us to use your products or tools, we are not responsible for damage caused by them.

10. 10Damage and liability

    • C&E Cleaning Solutions LLC carries general liability insurance, and our team takes care with your home and belongings.
    • If you think something was damaged during a cleaning, tell us within 24 hours of the cleaning, with photos if you can. We will look into it and work with you on a fair fix.
    • We are not responsible for normal wear, pre-existing damage, items that were already loose or broken, or damage from hazards we were not told about.
    • As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the cleaning or the documented repair or replacement value of the damaged item, whichever is less.

11. 11If something was missed

    We follow up after each cleaning. If an area in the agreed scope was missed, tell us within 24 hours with details or photos. We will review it and, where the issue is valid, come back to re-clean that area at no extra cost. This covers the agreed scope only, not new tasks.

12. 12Text messages (SMS)

    If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts (for example, by checking the consent box on our quote form or by texting us first), C&E Cleaning Solutions LLC may send you text messages about your quote request, appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, and feedback requests after a cleaning.

    • Message frequency varies based on your requests and appointments.
    • Message and data rates may apply.
    • Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (267) 732-0664.
    • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service.
    • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    Your mobile number is never shared

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party. See our Privacy Policy.

13. 13Using our website

    The text, logo, photos and design on this website belong to C&E Cleaning Solutions LLC and may not be copied without our permission. Website content is general information. Your quote and booking confirmation are what set the details of your job. We may update the website at any time.

14. 14Ending service

    You can cancel recurring service at any time by letting us know (see section 5 for upcoming visits). We may end service for non-payment, repeated late cancellations, unsafe conditions, or abusive behavior toward our team. Work already done is still payable.

15. 15Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. If there is a problem, please contact us first so we can try to fix it together. If we cannot, the dispute will be handled in the courts of Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, including small claims court where it applies, unless the law requires otherwise.

16. 16Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “last updated” date. The terms in place when you book apply to that booking.
